A full refurbishment of a bright Kensington apartment. We laid new herringbone oak floors, fitted a shaker style kitchen, built a new bathroom with a walk-in shower and created bespoke LED-lit joinery, so every room makes the most of the natural light.

How much does a renovation cost in London?

Every property and specification is different, so a price list would only mislead you. The most useful thing we can do is look at the space, talk through what you have in mind and come back to you with a written quote for your actual project.

We arrange a time to look at the property, talk through what you are hoping to do and what is realistic, and then come back to you with a written quote.

It depends on the size of the job and what is already in the diary. Smaller works can usually be scheduled quickly, while extensions and loft conversions need design, approvals and party wall notices first, so there is usually a longer run in before the first day on site.

We work on homes across Greater London, with most of our projects in West and South West London, including Putney, Chelsea, Fulham, Kensington and Battersea.

Yes. We are happy to work alongside your architect, designer or structural engineer, and to be involved early while the design is still taking shape. If you have not appointed anyone yet, we can talk you through the options.
